Postpartum is the time in life when a mother has been born into motherhood. It can be an amazing and challenging time. Preparing for this time is almost more important than picking out those cute onesies. Having a postpartum doula is an incredible means of support during this major life transition. Whether you need help around the house, someone to help you make a plan, or someone to hold baby while you get a well-deserved shower, a postpartum doula could be the changing factor in how you fare mental-health-wise during this time too. Knowing you are supported always makes things better.

Below are our services. The first is a service offered by our postpartum doula for providing a physical means of continued healing after having your baby. The second is direct, hands-on, postpartum doula care.
